User Guide
Q1: How do I use the app to create or join a group?
After logging in with your email, go to the Me tab and bind your snowsync device. Then open the Group page and tap the “+” icon in the top right to create a group. Enter a group name, set a password, choose the number of members, and tap Create.
On the Group page, you can also see nearby groups. Select a group to view its details, enter the password, and you’ll be connected instantly.
Q2: Will music and intercom interfere with each other?
No. When intercom and music run at the same time, the music volume automatically lowers while someone is talking, so your music is never interrupted.
Q3: How do I pair my phone to play music?
Press and hold the multifunction button for 3 seconds until you hear a “beep,” then release. The blue light will start flashing, indicating Bluetooth pairing mode. On your phone’s Bluetooth list, find snowsync-XXXX and tap to pair.
Q4: What if I don’t want my group to hear me?
You can mute your microphone. Press the intercom button once, and you’ll hear a tone confirming mute is on. Press the button again to unmute.
