Return Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return guarantee for your peace of mind.


Policy Details

Within 7 Days of Delivery:
You may return any product for any reason, as long as it is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and tags

Day 8–30 After Delivery:
Returns are accepted only for:

  • Product defects
  • Functional issues
  • Damage during shipping that was not caused by the customer

Please note: Returns will not be accepted for products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or intentional modifications.


Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at official@augmaxreality.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Once approved, we will provide the U.S. return warehouse address.
  3. Ship the product back within the approved timeframe.
  4. Ensure the package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Return Costs

  • Defective products, functional issues, or shipping errors: Return shipping costs are fully covered by Augmax Inc.
  • Returns for personal reasons (within the first 7 days): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges & Refunds

  • Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of product defect or shipping errors.

  • Keep your RMA number clearly visible on the return package.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
