Return Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return guarantee for your peace of mind.
Policy Details
Within 7 Days of Delivery:
You may return any product for any reason, as long as it is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and tags
Day 8–30 After Delivery:
Returns are accepted only for:
- Product defects
- Functional issues
- Damage during shipping that was not caused by the customer
Please note: Returns will not be accepted for products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or intentional modifications.
Return Process
- Contact our Customer Service team at official@augmaxreality.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Once approved, we will provide the U.S. return warehouse address.
- Ship the product back within the approved timeframe.
- Ensure the package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Return Costs
- Defective products, functional issues, or shipping errors: Return shipping costs are fully covered by Augmax Inc.
- Returns for personal reasons (within the first 7 days): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges & Refunds
- Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of product defect or shipping errors.

- Keep your RMA number clearly visible on the return package.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
